1 · Who we are
HairDoneAI is a digital service provided by [COMPANY NAME], VAT [NUMBER]. By using the app you fully accept these Terms.

- Minimum age 14 (parental consent under 18)
- iOS 17+ device
- Truthful data
- Personal, non-commercial use
4 · Credits
- 1 credit = 1 analysis
- 3 free credits on first signup
- Packs 3/10/30 credits via App Store
- Credits don't expire, are not refundable, are not transferable
- Credits aren't charged on failed analysis
5 · Withdrawal and refunds
Per Art. 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right doesn't apply to digital content (credits) with immediate execution. For iOS refunds go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android refunds, use the Google Play Store refund flow within 48h, or contact us for older purchases.
6 · Proper use
You may not: upload photos of others without consent, illegal content, photos of minors; attempt reverse engineering; use bots; resell credits.
7 · Intellectual property
Mark, logo, design, code are our property. Your photos remain yours, you grant us limited license to process them. We will not use your photos to train public models or for marketing.
8 · Liability limitation
Service provided "AS IS." We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or salon results. Maximum liability limited to amount paid in last 12 months.
9 · Changes
Updates notified 30 days in advance via email or in-app.
10 · Jurisdiction
Italian law. Consumer's court (residence or domicile) per Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code. Online resolution via ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
